After 13 incredible years, our doors closed for the final time last night. We chose to share this news afterward because a big fanfare didn’t feel like us. We wanted to close with dignity and let the work speak for itself.
The UK hospitality industry is facing unprecedented challenges. Between rising costs and government pressures, it became increasingly difficult to operate at our non-negotiable standards. We refused to compromise on quality, and closing at the top—with our integrity intact—felt like the only way to honor what we built.
To our guests: thank you. You are the reason we showed up every day. To our extraordinary team: your talent has been everything. The great news is our core team is staying together. Andy, Carol, and the team are channeling their energy into , , and —and we are genuinely excited for the future.

Spring 2027: We are taking a breath before launching a brand-new venture for The New London.
