Every element of this cake is edible, including the orb. 🔴

Commissioned for a 15th birthday as a tribute to Vivienne Westwood, this piece was made entirely by hand by Mooies.

Our client asked for the designer's iconic orb in red. Instead of red chocolate, we hand-sculpted it in translucent isomalt so it catches the light like a real jewel. The chain, cross and ring are dark Belgian chocolate, hand-painted in silver, finished with edible pearls. Inside is an 8" Japanese chocolate chiffon cake layered with vanilla bean buttercream.

There's a dessert ONE A-list favourite always comes back to. We couldn't resist turning it into a cake.

Introducing our Pistachio Mousse Cake: four layers of pistachio sponge and silky mousse, finished with a glossy mirror glaze and a scatter of crushed pistachio. People keep telling us it tastes like ice cream, and once you see the texture, you'll see why.
