🏆 BIG NEWS!

Taj Mahal Night has been nominated for the Curry Life Awards 2026!

Thank you to Curry Life Awards for the recognition — and thank YOU, our incredible customers, for making this possible.

Back in 2020, during the first lockdown, we took a leap of faith and took over what was then TM2. It was a scary time to open a business — but with your support, we made it through, and now we're six years in and up for a national award.

If you've enjoyed our food, we'd love your vote 🗳️

Let's bring this award home to London on 12 October 2026! 🏆

(And while you're at it — 30% off orders over £30 via our app or website: www.tajmahalchelmsford.co.uk)

Taj Mahal Night. is your go-to for authentic Curry takeaway in Chelmsford. Order online and enjoy delicious food delivered straight to your door.

This is your sign to try Taj Mahal Night’s Naan. Perfectly charred bred, filled with mouthwatering spiced ground lamb (or beef) filling. Irresistibly fluffy and delicious.

Cooked in our traditional tandoori oven following a loved family recipe - and we are sure you’ll love it as much as we do!

It’s us against the algorithm 🤣

We won’t stop talking about the Loaded Naan breads because they are the most delicious thing ever - and perfect for hot or cold weather!

- no cutlery, no mess, take them anywhere
- great hot or cold
- just tear and enjoy

Our most popular combos:

Classic Tikka Box: chicken tikka, crispy chips topped with Masala sauce, onion salad and cool mint sauce
Sweet Tikka Box: sweet chicken tikka, Masala coated chips, onion salad cool mint sauce

Which one are you trying first?
