Today wasn't just great weather for a run, but also for spotting squirrels. I think I came across at least 5–6 squirrels along the route, but only two 'posed' comfortably for photos. I even ran into a little bunny frolicking around—way too fast for my hands as both a runner and a photographer at the same time. 🤣🙊

A good week starts with a good run. 🏃‍♂️

​First 10k of September in the books, and locked in a solid pace under 6 min/km!

​I still can’t believe the old, constantly freezing version of me has evolved into someone who heads out in just shorts and a tank top in 15°C weather. Who would’ve guessed? Definitely not me. 😂

​Pro tip if you're looking for an extreme rush before a run: brush your teeth right before stepping out the door. I guarantee those first 5 minutes of breathing will make you feel like you’re inhaling straight glacial cave air. ❄️
