My good friend Kat (Plant Based Paintings) posed a question the other day which got me thinking........ what are my most memorable drinks and where did I drink them...

1. Classic Mojito in Cuba - we use this recipe here today!
2. Guinness at St. James' Gate, Dublin (we pour it as they showed us and have a plaque for quality from Guinness to prove it)
3. Mai Tai (at rum fest.... haven't managed to replicate that.......yet!!)
4. Harp in Ireland, if you know........you know 💕

We let her go to Booker today....we thought it was safe. It was not safe. It seemed to only rain in the car park whilst she was loading though.
