Tasting Notes: Gentle effervescence; pale yellow with delicate fruity aromas of melon and pear on the nose. Fresh, light and crisp on the palate with a lively mousse and slight honeyed finish; rounded, well-balanced and very easy drinking.

Food pairing suggestions: Aperitif, tapas boards with Ibérico ham, olives and manchego, seafood, grilled fish, light salads, Asian noodle dishes.
