It’s my birthday and look at this whopper of a cake we’ve got on the counter today to celebrate! 🥳

Chocolate and brown sugar caramel sponges sandwiched together with butter cream, Biscoff and Nutella. Topped with more Biscoff and Nutella, Biscoff crumb and Ferrero Rochers!

I’m not sure we have plates big enough to serve it on, but we’ll find a way!

Breakfast = sorted!

I’m back from the best few days away with my girls! There was sun, sand and sangria and lots of fun and laughter!
