Battered Chips...Deep Fried Mars Bars!
We specialise in 'blow out' street food - not the sort of thing you would eat every day, but ideal if you're partying and want something tasty and filling.
Peeled, chipped and dusted in a light batter our chips are made with fresh potatoes, the batter seals in the moisture making them crispy and moist at the same time. The Pulled Pork & Beef is made from prime moist cuts and our Deep Fried Mars Bars and Battered Creme Eggs should carry a government health warning!
We freshly prepare our food on site, but bean sprouts and couscous it isn’t, although we find it’s just the sort of thing party people want to eat, so we serve around 150-200 portions an hour with a fast moving queue at peak periods.
We change the rapeseed oil that we fry our chips in every day and fuel our two fire engines with it. Not burning diesel and converting to solar power is massively lowering our carbon footprint.
