We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced chef de partie to join our kitchen. We have a focus on using seasonal ingredients and are very much food led in our sales and product offerings.
We have a competitive rate of pay and benefits as well as the ability to grow and develop within the company.

Ideal candidate:
2-3 years experience in kitchens at a similar level

Dedication to food standards

An understanding of how a kitchen works

Discipline to work in a small but busy environment.

A large majority of our food is made fresh on site. From sauces to baked goods.

We are open 7 days a week. With 8 bedrooms and 75 cover restaurant with a large pub garden.
