A LITTLE UPDATE FROM THE RESTAURANT ❤️
Some of you may have seen Anglian Water carrying out work in the street over the last few weeks.
This is related to an ongoing issue affecting our restaurant, and unfortunately it’s become clear that putting everything right will require more extensive work than we initially anticipated.
The work involves accessing areas beneath the restaurant floor, so it’s not something we can simply patch up and carry on with. Rather than rush the work and leave the restaurant looking messy or unfinished, we’ve decided it’s better to take more time and finish everything properly while we have the opportunity.
For this reason, the restaurant will remain closed for the rest of the season, allowing us to get everything sorted and ready for next year.

We’re really sorry for the disappointment, but we’re looking forward to welcoming you back in MARCH! ❤️

🍟 CHIP SHOP OPEN AS NORMAL – UNAFFECTED 🍟
The chip shop is unaffected and will continue operating as usual, so you can still pop in and see us!

💛A little update from us 💛
Unfortunately, the Gingham Restaurant will be 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗 due to the ongoing water issues.
You may have seen Anglian Water working on Trunch Lane — they are still working to get everything resolved, so hopefully we won’t have to keep you waiting much longer!
🤞 We’re hoping to be back open from 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟭𝟴𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥. We will update on this as soon as we can!

🍟 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗟𝗬 — 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣 𝗜𝗦 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 𝗔𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗟! 🍟

Well… what a summer it’s been at 𝗠𝗿𝘀 𝗠’𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗮𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁! 😍

It’s been 𝗖𝗥𝗔𝗭𝗬 busy, and we honestly couldn’t have got through it without our amazing team. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to every single member of our staff for all the early mornings, late finishes, hard work, graft, laughs and everything in between. You’ve absolutely smashed it! 👏🏼
