My favourite new dessert (although it has had an addition of some cream since I took the photo) - Black Forest. Chocolate and cherries, with a hint of alcohol - what's not to like?

Well I have a Trio - available at dinner on Friday and Saturday (we are fully booked on Saturday and have limited availability tonight but there's always next weekend....) Soufflé, Snickers and Blackberry Desire - what's not to like?
