We’re hiring- Assistant Restaurant Manager

📍The Gadlys Hotel and The Bay View Restaurant & Bar , Cemaes Bay, Anglesey

The Gadlys Hotel is a family-run, four-star hotel and touring park, home to the popular Bay View Restaurant & Bar. We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our management team.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar
* Lead shifts and maintain high service standards
* Assist with stock control and ordering
* Coordinate and run events
* Train, support and motivate team members
* Maintain health, safety and licensing standards

About You

* At least 1 year’s hospitality management experience
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Experience with stock ordering
* A positive, hands-on approach
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer

* £13.20–£15.00 per hour, plus tips
* Company pension
* Staff discounts and free or discounted food
* On-site parking
* Opportunities for career progression
