Who says pizza has to be junk food?
We'll challenge that myth!

With our finish at home pizzaa, we have focused our attention to all of the tiny details.

Our slow fermentation process of the dough. Using italian techniques to create a light base with a crust Loaded with air and blistered by the high heat of our Artisan oven.

Baked with our homemade tomato sauce consisting of Italian San marzano tomatoes with a whizz of secret extras.

Fior di latte and grana padano cheeses. A nice blend of creamy & seasoned.

Our meat has been sourced locally. Cupping pepperoni Co. Louth, Northern Irish Chicken Co. Armagh.
All slow cooked meats have been prepped, marinated with warming spices & cooked by us. Alongside our signature sauces.

Who says pizza isn't a balanced meal? We care about how our food makes you feel.

You do you! In this case, all is required is popping it in your home oven for 8 - 10 minutes.

Our Jerk Yard Box.

Protein rich and packed full of flavour. With Caribbean rice. We use brown for the fibre. This rice is cooked slowly infused with spices and coconut milk.

Our 'streetcorn', Sweetcorn mixed with finely chopped red onion, chillies, jerk roasted chickpeas, extra virgin olive oil & lime.

And Jerk marinated grilled Northern Irish Chicken.

Your tastebuds with love this dance.

When we were coming up with this recipe, we wanted to create good flavour with warming complementary spices that don't give you that pain in your belly the nasty additives do.

Pressure cooked to make them extra tender and dipped into one of our homemade sauces.
