Beer Tasting Event for Carterton Celebrates!!

Founded in May 2015 as Oxfordshire's first micro alehouse, we've grown from a single-focus beer bar into a destination for craft beer lovers, with draught craft beers, world lagers, ciders and a fridge packed with unique offerings from across Europe and beyond.

Join the owner Chris for an informal beer tasting evening featuring six 1/3-pint samples of keg and bottled beers in German, Belgian, English, Italian and Spanish styles - paired with cheese, sausage and other nibbles. Along the way, Chris will share the stories, origins and styles behind each beer in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

Seems the perfect time to launch this event … 👀👀

🇲🇽 Join us for our free ‘Mexican Handbag’ Fiesta, inspired by the famous Radio X feature and celebrating all things Mexican. The alley will be transformed with themed décor, bierkeller-style seating, themed cocktails, beers and a fantastic selection of tequilas, alongside delicious street food from Bandidos Burritos (5-8pm). 🇲🇽

🎵 Live music from Jordan “Yeehaw” Harding (7–9pm) will provide the soundtrack to the evening, bringing plenty of energy and fiesta vibes before a DJ keeps the party going later into the night. Family and pet friendly until 9.30pm, it’s set to be a vibrant celebration of food, music and Mexican-inspired fun. 🎵
