The long wait is finally over. 🙏🏼❤️

Today marks an important milestone for our brand.

We are pleased to confirm that the trademark is now formally and solely owned by the founder’s company, reaffirming her position as the legal and rightful owner of the brand. While the brand has always continued under her stewardship, this milestone reflects the completion of the legal and administrative process and the consolidation of ownership under her company.

This moment represents not only a positive legal resolution, but also the value of perseverance, principled leadership, faith and collective support.

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who believed in us and supported the journey. This outcome reflects years of hard work, patience, and disciplined commitment to standing our ground quietly, lawfully, and with integrity. Throughout this process, we trusted due process, the guidance of our legal team, and the principles that have always guided this company.

We would like to especially recognise our team and family, who stood by the founder’s side, to God who never left her, and continued to believe in and support her through this challenging period. We also thank our customers, whose continued trust and loyalty have meant more than words can express.

One of the founders faced the most significant challenge of her professional life during this time. From the earliest days when the brand was built without recognition, attention, or external support she continued to build, operate, and steward the brand with resilience, dedication, and long-term vision.

At this time, this is the only information available for public release.

“Flavours Without Borders”
Is a storytelling and cultural education project we started 2923 it explores the beauty of diversity through the universal language of food.

It begins with Japanese cuisine and bubble tea, and will grow into a multicultural journey where chefs from different countries share the simple, authentic dishes they grew up with, along with the stories, memories, and values behind each recipe.

Through school visits, community events, and live storytelling sessions, we aim to show that behind every dish is a story of family, migration, adaptation, and love.
