BT has been this morning. . Unfortunately there may be an issue with changing our lines over to digital.. Some people are coming through on the digital line but it is not yet actually active, which may explain why it’s constant ringing. It’s random at the minute who can and still can’t get through .. If the line is still ringing out for you, Please try using a different phone to call the shop. Otherwise you will have to order in the shop. If this is not possible and you would like to place an order. Please send me a message on our page, we will try our best to take your order there. Sorry for the temporary inconvenience. It may take up to 48 hours. Unfortunately call diversion is not possible with this temporary issue. Thanks

We’ve been notified from a few customers that our phone line keeps ringing. There may be a fault on our line. (BT says there isn’t one ) Please keep trying. Otherwise will have to call into the shop to place your order.. if you aren’t having any luck. We will try to fix this problem asap. Sorry for the inconvenience
