Autumn is here and food gets stodgy as it does.
Who says it can’t be healthy though.

This weeks plates were colourful.

Making the most of good produce is essential for the autumn/ winter months.

Our 2026 product list.

When I popped in to pick up stock from one of our growers this week it really was something special to see the pride on his face.

After a long and harsh summer he produced some of the best veg we’ve had to date.

We respect and appreciate every effort our producers pour into the land. You, our customers help to keep this all ‘fair trade’

Hard work always pays off.
