I'd like to share something with you all. Today, a customer complained that the fried rice didn't have enough salt, (we normally don’t put too much salt in the rice) the food wasn't good, and she wanted a refund. I told her that a refund was no problem; if she had only tasted it, we would give her a full refund. However, if she had eaten more than half, we couldn't offer a refund. But this lady not only refused to return the food, but also threatened to smear us online if we didn't give her a refund. She even threatened to dump the food over our counter. How should we handle customers like this?
