🚨 RIGHT THEN… WE NEED MORE ODDDIES! 🚨🐾🍻

We’re nearly ready to open the doors… the pints are getting closer and the panic is perfectly under control 😂🙈

But we still need a few more pairs of hands!

We’re looking for PART-TIME GENERAL ASSISTANTS / ALL-ROUND LEGENDS 🙌

Basically, if you're happy to muck in, work hard, have a laugh and join our slightly oddd family… we want to hear from you!

We did consider putting Buddy on the rota… but unfortunately he doesn't handle stress or hard work particularly well. To be fair, we're probably not going to get very far with him 😂🐶 His strongest skills currently include sleeping, eating and supervising from a safe distance.

Loads of you have already sent CVs, but they're currently hiding in Messenger, DMs and various corners of the internet 🙈😂

Meet Dennis, the grandfather of the family. 💚

Born and raised in Goole, Dennis now enjoys life in beautiful Greece, but he’s always happy to roll up his sleeves when family calls. He’s been hard at work helping refurbish the garden, getting everything looking its best ready for the pub’s opening.

From painting and tidying to lending a hand wherever it’s needed, his hard work, experience, and dedication have made a real difference. We couldn’t be more grateful to have him back helping us bring the garden to life.

Thank you, Dennis, for everything you’ve done. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to enjoy the results! 🍻🌿

☀️ Beautiful sunny Sunday!

We did think about taking a little break… but then we remembered we want to get these doors open as soon as possible 😂🐾

Athena is on duty today, checking the ambience in our lovely Garden Room 🌿 Safe to say, she takes her job very seriously!

It’s not always easy keeping a little one entertained while we work, but she’s doing amazing and keeping us all in check 😂❤️

Our Garden Room will be the only dog-free area in the pub 🐶 We absolutely love our four-legged guests, but we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and has a space to relax.

Meanwhile, Nik is busy working behind the scenes… probably hiding from the boss 👀😂

Another day closer to opening! 🤎

Meet Jamie, the bloke you’ll find behind the bar! 🍻

Jamie has been a good friend of ours for years, so when the opportunity came to build the team at The Oddd Fellows, he was one of the first people we wanted on board. We’re really pleased to have him with us and can’t wait for you all to meet him.

Whether he’s pulling pints, having a chat with the locals, or keeping the drinks flowing on a busy night, he’ll always make you feel welcome.

When he’s not behind the bar, Jamie enjoys spending time with friends, getting out and about, and catching the football when he can. He’s easy-going and always up for a laugh!

Oddd fact about Jamie? He’s always the first to offer a hand when something needs doing… as long as you don’t ask him to sing at karaoke! 🎤😂

Meet Callam – the bloke in charge of feeding you! 👨‍🍳🍔

We first met a few years ago while working together in the Dales. What started as workmates soon turned into a proper friendship. The minute he heard we were taking on The Oddd Fellows, he didn't need asking twice!

Pub grub is his bread and butter (quite literally!), and he's already busy making sure you'll be loosening your belts rather than leaving hungry. 😄

We're also on the lookout for another chef to join the kitchen, so if you know someone local who can handle the heat (and our sense of humour!), send them our way.

Oddd fact about Callam? Even if you say you're not hungry, he will feed you anyway!
