Homemade chicken liver Pate with French banquette and caramelised onion chutney
Fan of melon with Greenland prawns in a creamy Marie Rose sauce
Button mushrooms cooked in a garlic and herb cream served in a crispy flour tortilla basket
Duo of rainbow trout on deep fried curly kale and Thai style crab cakes with an oriental dipping sauce
Leek and stilton soup served with freshly baked bread

Roast Lakeland lamb with sausage meat stuffing and minted redcurrant gravy
Roast sirloin of beef with creamed onions, Yorkshire pudding, red wine jus and horseradish crème fraiche
Chicken breast marinated in Cajun accompanied with a mango salsa and a sweet potato sauce
Fillet of cod Florentine; Cod served on a bed of buttered spinach topped with a cheese sauce
Carrot and coriander roulade rolled with rocket and cream cheese with a roasted red pepper sauce
The above are served with honey roasted parsnips and carrots, Savoy cabbage in a cream and white wine sauce, roast potatoes with cracked pepper and parmesan and mashed potatoes.
All dishes can be served with Yorkshire puddings if required please ask your server
