At 7.10pm power went off not only in our restaurant but the whole of the historic quarter of Carlisle GUTTED as we were mid service lost loads of takeaways and lost a lot of trade in the restaurant the electricity was restored at 21.38pm for Namh Moon I believe other places got their supply back on earlier. Not great didn't get much help from Electricity North West can't even claim compensation from them for loss of business I have to claim through my own business insurance which will ultimately mean higher insurance premium for us.
