Cheers to you all!

Once again, thank you all for the support you've shown me this year, I wouldn't be there without you all.

To start 2026 off with a bang, I'll be working tomorrow, New Year's Day, for all those out walking off tonight's indulgences. The weather looks breezy and cold, but if you want a decent coffee and a bit of flap jack, you know where I'll be!

Have a good evening, whatever you're doing, and I'll see some of you tomorrow hopefully.

Well, that's me all closed for the next week.

Christmas; I'm not against it, but I find it hard, because someone close to me finds it difficult. It's not for everyone, so I wish you all a merry Christmas, or a happy week off, whichever best suits you xx

The last couple of months have been a little rough for me, which has a knock on effect for the van. I hate to be unreliable, but family and my own health always take priority, and I thank you for your support and understanding xx

I'll be back next week for a few days, those days to be confirmed sooner to the time, and I'm genuinely looking forward to it.

It rained.

I've just been down to the park, and the river is everywhere! I'm sure it'll drop through the night as the rain has slowed but it's only half a metre off covering the car park at the minute.

I'm sure I'll be there tomorrow, but I'll confirm it in the morning.

And if you do head to Rickerby tomorrow, you might need wellies and your big coat x

So, in true Cumbrian style, I'm returning to the park tomorrow morning and there's a weather warning 🤷

I will be there, probably on the tarmac, hiding from the rain, with hot coffee and questionable craic.

As it's my birthday tomorrow, I'm having a rare Friday night and Saturday off, and I'll be back to normal on Tuesday morning.

Fellwater Coffee turned 4 today!

This little company was set up to provide something consistently good, with no frills, no bu****it, and to allow me a little freedom and flexibility around family life.

That was the plan.

In 4 years it has achieved that and so much more!

I probably say every year that above all of that, the best thing about my job that I didn't see coming, is the fact I get to meet people and have a craic or a laugh, daily, with some of the finest people in Carlisle.

I'm both proud of what it has become, and very thankful for all the love and support I get from all of you that come down to the park, without which I wouldn't still be trading.

So, I'm looking forward to another year, and maybe seeing where that takes me.

Have a good weekend, and I'll see you from Tuesday as usual

September; back to normal.

I'm back in the park tomorrow, on a Tuesday, for the first time since July! And I'm looking forward to a normal 5 day week.

So, as some of you are aware, I'm now closed until Wednesday 3rd September.

I'll miss good coffee and craic in the park, but look how happy Winnie is! 🤩
