Two full weekends per month..
We need a confidant person who can work well under Pressure in a very busy Ciiy Center food outlet Sit in and takeaway ,

Well another wet miserable day but we here ready to feed all you hungry people of our amazing city of Carlisle!!
I’m not the most or best techie person but having 3 Quite nice kids 😫 I’ve came to realise that I had to get on board with this era
I’m more at home with a pan and a knife in my hand not a phone in fact my wife says I’m the hardest person to contact on a mobile where her and the kids can even open a fridge without it in the other hand!!

Well afterTwo long years of my old restaurant sat. Empty it’s so lovely to see it come back to life !
Closing the script was one of the hardest business decisions I’ve had to make over the past 30 years of being self employed after many time wasters ...
I couldn’t be more happy my self and Alex have been able to get this lovely building back open ,,
And believe he was the perfect person to put in there ..
I personally had to make the decision to close the script as I was never home 7 days aweek some days 16 hours and back in the next day 5 hours later !!
Realising what this was doing not just too my self but my wife and kids I was out before they got up back home when there all in bed the time came after 4 hard years of literally blood sweats down tears ,
I was time to stop being selfish and put my family first then covid 19 hits and having the financial burden of 2 empty business that’s been hard !!
However like I say don’t look back and always look forward So I personally believe Alex’s pasta bar was the perfect Candidate if you haven’t been you must go down well done Alex!!

Morning everyone well yesterday smashed our Just Ears Record so let me start by Saying a big Thank-you to everyone’s who ordered...On line and to the ones that braved the horrible weather and call in store ...
We are open today from 9 .am for breakfast ect ,
All our hot Meats will be ready for 11am onwards if you haven’t had the Turkey and Homemade Stuffing Today has to be the day Turkey Cranberry Sauce Our Amazing HomemadeStuffing add pigs in blankets and the Famous Gravy it’s Just a Sunday Treat you Can Miss Out on we have had to Order 3 extra Turkeys for today as we had to use Extra ones yesterday Just sold so much of it Plus Extra beef as we can keep up with that either!! Can Thank you guys and girls enough we have new members of Staff starting over the next week so we can get you served even quicker with all the on line orders I don’t want you guys to have to wait who have came into the Shop and ......
We All No WHAT THE TRAFFIC WARDENS ARE LIKE 🤮🤮🤮.... so I don’t want you to Wait and get a ticket I get enough a week for all of us anyway enough said about that you can call up place your order to collect and once we have our new staff up to speed it should be ready to run in come straight to the till even if there’s a cue and if it’s been done you in and out see you all later Chris

Well just want to say Thanks to everyone who has been in store this week it’s just so busy In store ... And a massive Thankyou to all you Just Eat order guys & Girls take a look at our reviews I’m Totally blown away by all the lovely reviews guy’s My Staff and I put so much hard word in to achieve the best Quality and Customer service I’m totally aware sometimes I look stressed out but this is only because I care about each and every bit of food and customer that comes through my door or orders on line even after nearly 25 years I still have that desire to be the best at what we do and understand how important each customer who comes in and spends there hard earn money and how we can still smash our subway neighbours we only use the best quality local ingredients and obviously this works Thanks !! Chris
