You may not believe it, but 50 years ago this month I left Catering College. Does'nt time fly when you're having fun. I think I'm getting the hang of it now. I know this is giving my age away, but I don't need a zimmer frame just yet, so I won't be retiring any time soon. Hopefully there's a few more years left before I think about that.
