It's Heritage Open Day today! If you're visiting Carlisle Cathedral today we are uncovering Bishop Bell's brass which is not usually visible. Definitely worth a look!

The cafe is open until 4.30pm. Additional seats available in the Fratry Undercroft (which is also worth a look!)

This Thursday: we will be staying open late for The Music of Motown concert - and, for the first time - R Street Food will be popping up with their streetfood van to dish up delicious burritos, noodles, nachos and fries. You'll find them outside the cafe from 5pm-7.30pm and our bar will be open for hot drinks, beer, wines and more so get yourself along for a pre-show treat!

On Monday 14 September, due to a staff training day, the Cathedral Café will be closed. We will reopen as usual on Tuesday 15 September.
