A huge thank you to everyone who visited us at the Cumberland Show and entered our Guess the Sunflower Seeds competition. 🌻

We had hundreds of brilliant guesses, ranging from 800 to an incredible 542,400! 😲
The actual number of sunflower seeds in the jar was 17,300...

🎉 Congratulations to Vicky Addison, who guessed 17,315 - just 15 seeds away! What an incredible guess! 👏

✨ Tonight's the night! ✨

We're absolutely delighted to be heading to the Tourism Awards 2026 this evening as finalists in the Large Visitor Attraction of the Year category.

It feels even more special as we're celebrating 18 years of Walby Farm Park this week. Looking back at how far we've come, we're incredibly proud of what Team Walby has achieved and so grateful to every family who has visited us over the years.

A huge congratulations and the very best of luck to all of tonight's finalists. We're especially looking forward to celebrating alongside our fellow finalists in our category, and .forest . Whatever happens tonight, it's a real privilege to be recognised alongside such fantastic attractions.

Here's to celebrating the very best of Cumbrian tourism... and fingers crossed for Team Walby
