🎉 Kids’ Corner at the Hub has had a makeover!
We’ve redecorated and it’s looking brighter, cosier, and ready for lots of fun!

Come along every Monday and Wednesday, 10am - 2pm. Everyone is welcome - all ages! Pop in for homemade soup, fresh sandwiches, delicious homebaking, and of course a little bit of play in our lovely Kids’ Corner.
Bring the kids, bring a friend, or just bring yourself - we’d love to see you! 💜

With 2026 rapidly approaching, we at The Village Hub wanted to take a moment to thank all our wonderful customers and volunteers for your incredible generosity and support throughout 2025 💜

Thanks to your kindness, we’ve once again been able to give back to our community by donating:

✨ £200 to Helensburgh and Lomond Foodbank
✨ £200 to Food For Thought - West Dunbartonshire
✨ £50 worth of Advent calendars to each organisation to bring some festive cheer to local families.

We also donated £200 to St Augustine's Dumbarton to help support the provision of a Christmas dinner for people experiencing homelessness.

None of this would have been possible without your generosity and kindness - thank you so much 🎅🏻🎄✨

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited for what’s to come! If your New Year’s resolution is to volunteer or give back to your community, we’d love to hear from you - we can always use an extra pair of hands at the Hub, even if it’s a few hours once a month.

Come along and join us at the Village Hub tomorrow from 10am - 2pm for our usual range of delicious homebaking, homemade soups and freshly prepared sandwiches ☕️🍰🥣🥪

On Wednesday the 17th of December we are bringing back our popular festive afternoon tea.
For £5, alongside unlimited hot drinks you can enjoy a selection of:

🎄 Salmon and Cucumber Sandwiches
🎄 Turkey Sandwiches
🎄 Sausage Roll
🎄 Savoury Biscuit and Cheese
🎄 Mince Pie
🎄 Sweet Christmas Biscuit
🎄 Cupcake
🎄 Chocolate Treat

If you just fancy a cuppa, we will have Scones and our selection of hot drinks available, just none of our regular soups or sandwiches ☕️🧁🎅🏻

We would love to see you before our Christmas break, and to allow you to relax before the holiday madness! 🎄🎅🏻☃️

All our Christmas decorations are in place - a huge thank you Craigend Nursery, Cardross for donating our wonderful Christmas tree, which looks fantastic alongside our gorgeous hand bound Christmas Wreath 🎄🌺
