My little baking business is currently run from my home in the seaside town of Cardigan in West Wales. We believe in damn good cake and damn good portions ;)

I’d like to welcome the newest member of the team, Beau 💙😍

He’s not very chatty, doesn’t really do much and is a little needy, however, I think he’s going to fit in just fine 😉

With his arrival, I have been promoted to great(est!) auntie and will mostly be skiving from the kitchen at all opportunities and having extended cuddle breaks from now on 😉

If you’ve read this far, what I needed to tell you was that I’m hoping to open Friday & Saturday this week. As always, if the signs out, I’m open!

A little appreciation post for all our fabulous nurses today, including and especially, our very own dessert queen Sarah ❤️❤️❤️

Over the last 18months or so, I have spent so much time in and out of one nhs service or another. And I can say, hand on heart, that nurses do not get the pay, recognition, praise or appreciation they deserve. I’ve honestly not met one that wasn’t worth their weight in gold!! I cannot express how grateful I am for every single nurse I have met whilst multiple members of my family have received treatment and support.

So to Sarah, and every single nurse;

Thank you 💙💙💙
