A huge thank you to Francesca at Mario’s Gelato and the team at Castle Howell for their incredible support this week.

When our ice cream display freezer unexpectedly broke down, we were facing a major challenge in this heatwave. Thanks to Francesca’s swift action, an emergency freezer was sourced and, with the help of Castle Howell, delivered to us within 24 hours.

It’s moments like these that remind us how valuable great suppliers and strong business relationships really are. Your professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help at short notice made all the difference and allowed us to continue serving our customers without disruption.
