We've just expanded our charcuterie
and meat selection with these
authentic Italian staples. Here is
what's fresh in stock this week:

° BRESAOLA - If you love prosciutto but want something leaner, this is it.
It's premium beef, salted and air-dried until it turns a deep, gorgeous ruby red. Light, elegant, and incredibly flavorful.

° PANCETTA - Move over standard bacon. Our Italian-cured pork belly is
seasoned with pepper and spices, offering a rich, savory punch that elevates any dish. Cut it thick-cut or finely diced for cooking.

° ITALIAN FRESH SAUSAGES -
Made the traditional way. These
are juicy, coarsely ground, and
beautifully seasoned with classic
herbs and fennel seed.

° GUANCIALE -
Made from cured pork cheek, guanciale is seasoned with salt, black pepper, and traditional spices, then aged to perfection. Because of its high fat-to-meat ratio, it renders down into liquid gold, giving dishes like Carbonara and Amatriciana their signature silky texture.
