A year ago our Poppins's lovely boyfriend Alex had a cake in a cafe that was topped with apples and caramel and, apparently, he's thought about it ever since. So today I thought I'd try and make him one..... Well this one may not make it to Cardiff tomorrow as it's blinking gorgeous!!! My kitchen smells sooooo good and I may have sneaked a very small slice, just for testing you understand...well I think I have fallen in love, Kev you have competition and it is this cake! This is definitely going on the Poppins cake list! It's autumn and September and cinnamon and warm and sweet and makes you happy with every bite, it's heaven ❤️
And Alex, if only half of it makes it to Cardiff tomorrow I can only apologise! I blame goblins.....

This gorgeous huge box of my Lemon & White Chocolate Gooey Bars were delivered today to Rees Garage in St Dogmaels today, bought for their staff by their lovely boss Wyn!

I hope they enjoy their elevenses today!

Hello my lovely cake people! It's Cake Wednesday time again, hurrah!
So Cafe in Aberporth has had a restock of lovely cakes, including these new Lemon and Raspberry Gooey Bars( they are GORGEOUS!!) definitely worth a visit, you deserve cake and a coffee in this changeable weather!

Also has had a delivery of Kinder Stuffed Cookie Bars and some more of my lush Lemon and Blueberry Blondies, they are very good even if I do say so myself! 😜

Have a wonderful Wednesday and hopefully it'll involve cake and some point!

Hello lovely cake people! It's Cake Wednesday which means that the lovely cafe in Aberporth has been restocked with lots of gorgeous cakes, hurrah!
They have some of this beautiful Snickers Peanut Fudge Brownie, a gooey layer of brownies stuffed with chunks of snickers topped with silky smooth Peanut Fudge and then finished off with thick Milk chocolate and more snickers, scrumptiousness in a slice!
They also have Raspberry Bakewell, Biscoff Fudge slices, Crunchie Tiffin, Lemon Gooey Bars and Pistachio and Nutella Cookie Bars, all extremely mouth wateringley lovely!
Definitely worth a visit to them and a wander on the beach after ☺️

Also has had a restock of Iced Cherry Bakewell Slices and more Biscoff Millionaires for your delectation and delight!

I spoil you, I really do!! 🤣
But you're worth it ###

Happy Saturday! has been restocked with lush Lemon and Blueberry Blondies and more of the gorgeous Kinder Stuffed Cookie Bars so why not treat yourself to a cake when you go to the pictures, or pop in on your way home and have a relaxing coffee and a cake? You deserve a treat!

Yay it's Friday! Finally!
And there's cake to be eaten! Cafe has been restocked with some gorgeous yummies! Rolo Rocky Road, gorgeous Oreo Brownies, Nutella and Caramel Cookie Bars , Raspberry Bakewell, Biscoff Fudge Bars and some very rare Mini Egg Stuffed Cookie Bars!
You've been good all week and now it's the weekend so it's time to stuff cake in your face! Hurrah!!

Very proud Mum alert! Today was Poppins graduation day from Cardiff Uni, she got a first class honours in Ancient History and History, we are so very, very proud of all her hard work and the amazing young woman she's grown into.
Congrats all students graduating from Uni, onwards and upwards!

Happy Cake Wednesday! New lobby cakes dropped off at this morning, the new Lemon and Blueberry Blondies is looking particularly scrumptious! There's also Kinder Stuffed Cookie Bars and Raspberry Bakewell Slices plus the Dot Biscuit Bars, Iced Cherry Bakewell Biscuit Bars, White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookies Bars to name but a few! So you're spoilt for choice really 😘

Hello lovely cake people! I'm busy baking for the today, and I'm making some of my new Lemon and Blueberry Blondies, they are gorgeous, even if I do say so myself! (Thankfully the lovely people who taste tested them for me also agree that they are lush!) A proper summer treat 🌞
Plus I'm making some Kinder Stuffed Cookies Bars and the very popular Raspberry Bakewell Slice so there's something for everyone, hopefully!
They'll be delivered tomorrow morning, bright and early, before my trip to Cardiff to help Poppins move into her new flat....I may need to bake some provisions for that too!
Have a wonderful Tuesday, the sun is on its way back, the birds are tweeting and we live in a world that has cake in it, yay!!😃
