The slow-cooked Lamb Shank Bhuna is a favourite for a reason. 🔥

Marinated overnight with freshly ground spices and coriander, the lamb develops incredible flavour before being cooked low and slow.

It’s then layered with minced lamb and potatoes, allowing everything to come together into a beautifully rich, hearty dish. 🍽️
