For the first time in yeeeeeears we’re looking for someone to join our (very) small team in the role of assistant venue manager 🙌

THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL BAR JOB!

You will be working directly with our owner and manager to deliver the best experiences for our customers at our venue and beyond!

The role will put you right at the centre of everything we do at motel nights, and you will be involved of every aspect of the business including bar service, event creation and management. Social media content creation and management and much more.

This job is for someone that loves hospitality, events, independent business and wants to learn everything there is to running one. So if you’re the type of person that can turn your hand to anything, has a willingness to learn on the job and has excellent customer service skills this job might be for you! ✊

We value personality, initiative and a can do attitude over everything else so if your interested but feel you don’t have the experience PLEASE STILL APPLY!

🫶😭😢 APRILS LEAVING 😢😭🫶

After FIVE YEARS (and one month to be exact) April is leaving Motel Nights next week for a new adventure in Bristol 😢

And as sad as this is for us we are very excited for her 👏

If you’ve been to the motel over the last 5 years you’ve probably met her and will agree she is simply the best 🏆

The secret has been out for a while, and regulars to the motel have asked how they can contribute to a leaving present, so we thought this would be the best way.

BUY HER A DRINK / LEAVE HER A TIP
You’re welcome to gift April any amount via the donation link in our bio, all funds raised will be given to her on her final shift. No amount is too small; it’s just a little token of gratitude for her service over the years.

We will also be throwing her a little leaving party on Friday 28th August if you would like to see her one last time before she leaves.

April we love you and will miss you dearly but wish nothing but the best for the future (I’m sure we’ll rope you in for the odd shift now and again 😜)
