A huge thank you to Clifton Coffee Roasters Coffee Roasters for spending the afternoon training our newest Brød team members ☕🙌

Part of our induction at Brød is a comprehensive barista training session with our coffee partner.

We take it seriously because great pastries deserve great coffee! 🤩

The session covered:

☕ Making sure our machines and equipment are performing perfectly
☕ Understanding what great coffee should look and taste like (and how to spot when it isn’t!)
☕ Having a go at latte art (some of us were definitely more successful than others 😅)
☕ Touring the roastery and learning the journey from bean to cup

A big thank you to Rob for such an informative and enjoyable afternoon. We learned a lot, had plenty of fun, and left with an even greater appreciation for what goes into every cup of coffee.

Now all that remains is to keep practising those latte art skills… ☕🎨😬

After some questionable texting, a brief manhunt around the bakery, and what we’re fairly sure was an attempted escape, she was finally tracked down and persuaded to help 🇩🇰🙌
