In Kerala "Pollichathu" means, fire grilled food wrapped in a banana leaf.

Meet Course 4 for the upcoming Curry Cwtch Club: Prawn Pollichatthu Potli. 🦐🔥
In the backwaters of Kerala, "Pollichatthu" is pure coastal ritual.
Fishermen & toddy shop cooks ( local wateringhole) would toss fresh catch in crushed spices, wrap it tight in charred banana leaves, and sear it over hot griddles or glowing coals.This banana leaf adds it own earthy flavour, traps every drop of steam, smoking the masala straight into the seafood while locking in all the juices.

We’ve taken that heritage and bundled it into a neat little potli (parcel):
🌿 Fire-scorched banana leaf pouch
🥥 Rich coconut , sweet banana shallots , spiced tomato prawn masala
🪵 Smoky, sour punch of proper Kodampuli (Malabar tamarind)
Chef Krish promises that, when you untie this at the table, that initial hit of sweet smoke and tangy coastal spice is an absolute flavour bomb.

Pure Lucknow heritage chaos, in an edible crunchy bowl.
Tokri Chaat
Across Old Delhi and Lucknow, chaatwalas turned humble street snacks into an art form. The legendary “tokri” (basket) was built to hold every single extreme of Indian street food in one bite—sweet, fiery, tangy, crisp.
Naturally Krish had to put his own spin on it !
Inside the hand-crafted, golden crisp papadi nest:
🥔 Smoked sweet potato & black chickpeas packed with spice
🌶️ Sticky ginger-tamarind kick that hits straight between the eyes
🧅 Pickled white mooli dusted with nigella seeds for that peppery crunch
🌺 Drizzled with a cooling Beetroot and Rose raita
🌿 Fresh coriander & red turnips to tie the madness together
Grab a spoon, smash straight through the basket, mix the whole lot up, and dig in.
It’s tangy. It’s smoky. It’s loud and chaotic.
