As part of our National Fish & Chip Day 2026 celebrations, we were delighted to welcome newly elected Plaid Cymru MS for Caerdydd Penarth, Kiera Marshall, to Zero Plus, where she joined our team in preparing orders before helping us deliver meals to residents at Ty Melin and Romilly Nursing Home.

Community has always been at the heart of what we do, and it was fantastic to spend time with residents, share some great food, and bring a few smiles along the way. We're grateful to Kiera for rolling up her sleeves and getting involved in supporting a local initiative that means so much to us.

A big thank you to the staff and residents at Ty Melin and Romilly Nursing Home for making us feel so welcome, and to everyone who helped make the day such a success.

Today we're celebrating one of Britain's favourite traditions and the communities that make it special. A huge thank you to all our loyal customers for supporting local independent businesses like ours.

We're proud to be serving up freshly cooked fish and chips and sharing a little joy with our local care home residents today.

Here's to great food, great people, and a great community!
