72 cinnamon buns.
One very warm kitchen.
And absolutely no time to waste. 😂☀️

When the dough is proving faster than you can roll it, things get a little frantic.

Just me, trying to get all 72 buns rolled, filled and into their trays before the heatwave wins!

First farmers market: done! ✅

What a day! It certainly wasn’t all smooth sailing but was so good to finally get the buns out from behind the scenes and meet so many new people at Cardiff Farmers Market.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, bought a bun, said hello or gave me some lovely feedback. I’m already looking forward to the next one 👀
