CAFÉ CÙIL COOKBOOK 10 months on!💥
I am so thankful to everyone who has bought a cookbook so far 💗 We’ve had people giving incredible feedback on the recipes and even sent us some photos of their creations! The book has been published for 10 months now, and with the help of Kitchen Press we’ve sold thousands of copies and toured it around the world, from Edinburgh to London to NYC 🗽

SCOTCH PANCAKES 🥞
Our autumn pancakes are topped with baked plums that we drizzle in honey and sea salt before gently softening in the warm oven. We then top with a cardamom crumble with Scottish oats before serving with a candied ginger mascarpone 😋

AUTUMN IS COMING 🍂
We can’t quite believe it, but this Wednesday 2nd September we’ll be switching to our third and final menu of the 2026 season, which will be full of delicious autumn flavours and ingredients from around Scotland. We’ll be serving the autumn menu up until the 8th November before taking a winter break. But fear not, the Cùil Kiosk will be staying open to keep you fed and coffee’d 💕
