However you pronounce it, it’s very tasty and a team favourite too! Our poke bowls are a real hit, especially during the summer months. When you're craving something not too heavy, this one manages to hit all the spots. Coconut rice, pickled veg, edamame beans served with your choice of king prawns, chicken or tofu and a honey, soy & ginger dressing to finish.

And, you might even have room for a cheeky dessert afterwards.

Being just a stone's throw from Canterbury's city centre, we're lucky to have the monthly Westgate Makers Market on our doorstep, held at (next one is 18th July).

We've heard so many good things about it over the years - local makers, great food, independent businesses and plenty to have a browse around.

If you're a regular there, we'd love to know... is there a stall you make a beeline for every month? We love a recommendation!

We're really looking forward to Sunday.

Not just because it's roast dinner day (although that's reason enough), but because it's the last Sunday of the month - which means is back with us for another evening of mind reading and magic, from 5pm ✨

Taking a moment to appreciate how unbelievably lucky we are to be surrounded by such incredible Kentish winemakers and producers, right on our doorstep.

We’ll be working our way through the wine list this week, and you can join us in celebrating some of the very best England has to offer including sparkly from Chapel Down and wines from Simpsons Wine Estate and Balfour Winery.

This Tuesday we’re got a pretty perfect line-up as the big game coincides with our Tuesday steak night! That means:
