A new addition to our set lunch menu... Buddha bowl with courgette, rice, avocado, red cabbage, toasted seeds and a teriyaki dressing.

Our set lunch menu is served from 12pm until 4pm, Wednesday to Friday. Choose 2 courses for £25 or 3 courses for £30.

Yesterday the team had fun welcoming these heli-diners for lunch.

If you're looking for a different way to dine out, heli-dining might be a perfect idea.

Private helicopter owners and self-fly hire pilots can book in for pre-arranged visits. And we have partnered with Polar Helicopters, based in Manston, to offer helicopter dining experiences. They also offer gift vouchers if you are thinking about unusual gifts for a special event.

Entry is only £2 per person with teams of up to 6 and we'll be raising money for charity. Pus there will be a cash prize.

As we leave June behind, we wanted to share some of the highlights from the last few weeks... We've enjoyed live music from Sean Pout and High Tide. Chef Kyle has created some incredible new summer dishes. We've had a 'flight' of helicopters dropping in with their pilots and guests for lunch. And even our four legged friends have had fun.

We can't wait for what's in store this July...

We're family and dog friendly - for children we have our Ducklings menu.

If you're finishing early for the weekend (and who can blame you?!), pop down for lunch or grab some drinks and lighter bar bites, and enjoy our beautiful country garden.

Some of the menu highlights this week...

• Smoked beef & tomato salad - sliced rump, braised shin, heritage tomatoes and shallot dressing.
• Pork loin schnitzel with mustard & herb potato salad, lemon & parsley sauce.
• Lamb rump with anchovy, caper and garlic emulsion, spring greens and roasted Jersey royals.

We now serve food from 12pm right through to 9pm, Wednesdays to Saturdays. And roast lunch on Sundays 12-5pm.
