A year ago, I opened the doors of A.T. Patisserie and hoped Canterbury (and much further afield) would find us. You did, and every visit, kind word and recommendation has meant more than you know 🥹 I’m so proud that we’re about to turn one, and I want to celebrate with the people who’ve made this first year possible.

Join us on Palace Street from 9–11 October for birthday cake, the pink spin-to-win wheel, a Saturday late opening and the launch of our Coffee Club.

We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter / Kitchen Assistant to join us at A.T. Patisserie in Canterbury. It’s 8 hours a week across 2 flexible days, helping with washing up, keeping work areas clean and organised, and making sure the team has what they need during service. Kitchen experience is preferred, but if you’re motivated, take initiative and aren’t afraid to get stuck in, I’d love to hear from you too. DM A.T. Canterbury has its own traditional apple tart, so naturally I wanted to give the idea a little A.T. Patisserie treatment 🍎 From picking the apples straight from the tree to turning them into this little autumn beauty, this one was made completely from scratch. It’s not the traditional Canterbury tart, but it is my modern little nod to Canterbury’s long love affair with apples. Now the important question… should I perfect it for the counter?
