We’re proud to announce that Kelly has officially joined the business as our new Operations Director.

As we’ve grown, we’ve needed someone with the experience, professionalism and leadership skills to help take things to the next level. Kelly brings all of that and more.

Truthfully, we’ve admired her work ethic and dedication for a long time, so we’re incredibly excited to finally be in a position to have someone of her experience on the team.

We’ve got some big news 👀🔥

After a weird few months for our friends at Flour Power and a lot of behind the scenes graft to get things back on track, we’re proud (and buzzing) to announce that Notorious BRG and Flour Power are officially going into business together.

Flour Power brings the flair.
BRG brings the gas.

We’ve been sat on this for a while, but we can finally say it properly — business is ON. From the wholesale bakery to the café down at Lockmeadow… and maybe a little more around the corner 😉

Breakfast.
Lunch.
Dinner.
Dessert.

We’ve got it covered.

After three incredible years, our time serving food at Phantom Peak will be coming to an end on 28th February 2026.

We want to say a genuine thank you to every single customer who supported us, queued up in the cold, came back time and time again, and became part of our journey. Most importantly, thank you to the amazing team on site — the people we worked alongside day in, day out, who made the experience what it was. The relationships built over the past three years are what we’ll carry with us the most.

As Phantom Peak begins its next chapter with a new project at Westfield Stratford, we’ll be returning our focus back to Kent and some exciting new projects of our own.

We’ll be sharing more about what’s next in the next 24 hours.
