Exciting news! TheStop at The Hollies was shortlisted for Logistics UK’s “Best Truck Stop of the Year” award!
Voted for by HGV drivers, the award ranks UK truck stops for things like security, food and value for money - and TheStop at The Hollies was ranked in the top 6 in the country.
We wanted to say a huge thank you to the drivers who nominated TheStop, and congratulations to the other finalists.

We love hearing positive feedback from happy customers at The Hollies. It’s particularly encouraging following the improvements we’ve made to create a secure and well-equipped stop for drivers, including upgrades to our cafe, shower facilities and truck wash, as well as our enhanced 24-hour secure parking.
We’re continuing to invest in The Hollies and will have more news on further upgrades soon!

Congratulations to David Hinds, our Hollies Heritage Day competition winner! 🎉 ​

David has been visiting The Hollies truckstop since 1973, back when it was known as ‘Greasy Lils’, right up until his retirement 12 years ago. He shared fond memories of his time spent recharging at the site, and what it meant to him throughout his long career. ​

🍽️ The Hollies Café in the news 🍽️ ​

In the run up to The Hollies Heritage Day tomorrow, the spotlight is on our much-loved onsite café, where drivers come for the renowned full English breakfasts – and stay for the friendly atmosphere. ​

As part of The Hollies Heritage Day, we’ll be putting on a full menu of classics from the café, alongside complimentary ice cream and refreshments. If you’re free tomorrow come on down to celebrate this iconic truckstop together. ​
