Back to school today for the local kids.

Thinking about where to put the team for an end of year get-together?

We’ve got a few ways to do it.

The restaurant seats up to 120 with the wood-fired hearth going all night, or if you want something smaller and cosier, the fireplace area does up to 40.

Out at the Orchard Barn there’s room for 50 inside or 140 under the stretch tent, plus the Sheep Dip firepit and the Airstream bar if people want to wander outside between courses.

Take one space or take the whole site, either way, it’s all cooked over fire and it’s all yours.

One month today: Saturday 26th September, 12 till 5, under the apple trees at the Orchard Barn.

Our celebration of the autumn harvest, one long table, lunch cooked over the fire a few feet away, local ciders and wines alongside it, every dish built by our chefs on the day around what the season’s giving us.

We’ll start sharing the menu over the next few days, so keep an eye on our page.

It’s our celebration of the autumn harvest, one long table in the orchard, lunch cooked over the fire a few feet away, and every dish made by our chefs on the day, built around what the season’s giving us.

It’s still the perfect opportunity to get friends, family and neighbours round one table and stay the afternoon, but seats won’t last.
