Join us at TRADIZIONI on Wednesday 14 October for The Carbonara Question, a guided Italian tasting with sommelier Lavinia Santoro.

Three courses: supplì and fried courgette flower with Prosecco Millesimato; Roman Carbonara with tastings of Malibran Sottoriva Col Fondo, Est! Est!! Est!!! di Montefiascone and Butirah red; crostata with Moscato d’Asti.

Vegetarian Carbonara available on request.

£49 per person for the full three-course menu and five w**e tastings.
Welcome at 7:00 pm · Tasting starts at 7:30 pm.
