Know what’s in you food 🤔 Our lamb Kafta is always minced and spiced in house. We only use shoulder of lamb, it’s the best cut for it ✅

Too lean a cut and it will be dry and tough. Too much fat is a no no too.

Lamb shoulder is lean meat with the perfect amount of marbling for that irresistible taste, especially when cooked over red hot coal 🔥
