Summer is drawing to a close, the rain is rehydrating us, and we have a bunch of events for you to look forward to!

As well as most of the usual suspects we have loads of amazing live music for you this month, get your tickets in advance where possible!

If you haven't seen live you're in for a treat. Shout out to the show.
Always a good time, and raising money to get clean water to the people of Gaza.

We have two local promoters putting on gigs, don't miss them because although wildly different both and know how to out on a show!

We also have an all day event organised by with a bunch of local bands starting from 2pm on Sunday 20th.

There is one show that we are REALLY looking forward to. And that is Here Lies ! If you've been to a drag show here you may be familiar with the sassy Tory MP, this is going to be ridiculous, and hilarious. Book your tickets now!

We are so excited to be part of Beermuda Triangle with our pals at Northstowe Tap & Social and The Handsome Prince.

We will be open from midday for the occasion with Carmen's Pizza serving to line your stomach throughout the day!

The bus will be going in loops from us, to Northstowe, the Prince, and back round to us and so on. You can hop on and off as many times as you like with your ticket.

We have so many delicious beers in the cellar that we cannot wait to share with you!

Thank you for these amazing shots of everyone reveling in the celestial majesty of the eclipse last Wednesday. It was so beautiful so see neighbours coming together with our lovely customers to enjoy this magical cosmic event.
We were sharing glasses, colanders and pinhole cameras, the community spirit was alive and well.

It serves as a reminder at how small we are in the grand scheme of things. So be kind to one another, because we all share this little rock floating through space, and who's got time for anything but love?!

August is here, which means the opening of Carmen's Pizza I'll do a soppy post about Oscar's Pizza leaving soon, but for now join us in getting all excited about the amazing new kitchen. Guillo has worked here running the kitchen for many years and is so hard working, kind, and passionate about food. Trust us when we say you couldn't be in better hands! Tomorrow Carmen's is officially open, so come and try it out!

We have all the usual suspects for events, and something new and exciting for us...

We have been invited to be part of The Beermuda Triangle with our pals at Northstowe Tap & Social and The Handsome Prince. You pay £10 for a ticket, you can start at which ever venue you like, but if you started here, you would be taken over on a shuttle bus to Northstowe, stay for a while and be taken to the Handsome Prince. Each venue has it's own selection of amazing craft beer, and we are thrilled to be a part of the action! Link for the tickets is in our bio!

July's events are here! And what a line up we have all the usual suspects, please say you'll be there!

This is the end of an era. will be leaving at the end of this month. What a ride the last 5 years have been. We wish Oscar the best of luck with his move to Greece. We know he'll go on to great things.

So the last week of July we have some incredible food vans to feed you lovely lot. That is until August 1st when will open. The changing of the guard should be wonderfully smooth, as Oscar's head chef Guillo is opening his own pizza place names for his grandmother. Expect the same great service, and exceptional pizzas!

This Friday will see my first of two days in Cambridge, a historic university city world-famous for the University of Cambridge, its beautiful college buildings, and punting along the River Cam.

I’ll be visiting a number of micropubs, pubs and breweries throughout the day to see what the city has to offer.
