How our pizza slices start off...
We believe in keeping things simple. Our Sicilian sourdough is made with just a few ingredients: flour, water, Sicilian sea salt, and our starter. We slowly ferment this mix to bring out its natural flavour. Once it’s ready, we shape it with care, drizzle it with some extra virgin olive oil, and slather on rich tomato sauce made from our family recipe before it bakes in our ovens.
This process gives it that deep, delicious flavour and the perfect airy bite we’re so proud of. Then it’s on to the toppings!
