Harissa roasted cauliflower on a bed of smokey aubergine houmous, quinoa and mixed leaves. Dip with cracker thins. Delishhh 😋

The perfect summer brunch 💞

Smoked salmon on brioche with lemon & dill ricotta, topped with a poached egg and beetroot pickled shallots. Great for this heat 🌞
