A please read post from The Warrener Family ❤️

On the 8th January 2024 we lost a dear family friend, Jack. An OG Holly Lodge employee if you will! He was life and soul of the party, a true friend to myself and Beccy and a honorary son to Lucy & Geoff, not to mention the most amazing husband, brother, son and grandson to the Riddington Family 🩵

Jack had Type 1 Diabetes and this September 5 of his closest friends are cycling from Edinburgh Royal Infirmary where Jack passed away to the memorial woodland that was planted in memory of Jack on his family farm in Crowland, Lincolnshire.

Holly Lodge have sponsored the boys for this ride and we would love it, if you are able, to donate anything you can big or small to this amazing cause and these 5 heroic boys, who will no doubt have very sore bottoms by the end of it!

We will post a couple of updates over the next few days in support of the boys and we thank you all for taking the time to read about our dear Jack! If you’d like to follow the boys journey you can by following Ride4Ridd

With the recent news surrounding the Salmonella outbreak linked to imported eggs, we want to reassure all our customers that we only use British eggs.

🇬🇧 Our eggs are sourced from British producers, we do not use imported eggs.

The current outbreak has been linked to eggs imported from outside the UK, and health authorities have stated that there is currently no evidence that UK-produced eggs are affected.

So, if you’re enjoying eggs with us, you can have confidence that we’re using British eggs from the UK supply chain. ❤️

If you don’t follow us on Instagram you might not have seen that we hosted a big, post harvest farmers breakfast this morning on behalf of our neighbours.

We just wanted to extend our own big THANK YOU to all the hard working farmers that surround us, big and small. You guys and gals work your nuts off all summer to provide us all with a meal to eat at the end of the day, and at the moment it isn’t easy.

One of the worst harvests we’ve seen for decades and yet you still all showed up this morning with a smile on your faces, bravo, Legends! 🚜🌾
